Humankind’s instinctive appreciation of the fantastic flavour of spit roast and open flame cooked meat is probably rooted in our long distant past. From the moment your guests start to smell the aroma of the meat cooking on the spit their taste buds will be telling them it is going to be something special.

The meat naturally bastes in its own succulent juices and gives the meat a unique flavour, and is considered the healthiest way of cooking meat.

It will be tender whether your guests like their meat rare or well done our chef will carve to your guests preference.

We can tailor our menus to fit all requirements and budgets so look on the sample menus as guides only. You tell us what you would like and our Chef will advise and assist you in tailoring a menu to suit.

We are self contained and can cook outdoors or indoors in all weathers.  Restricted space or difficult locations no problem our equipment is portable.  Uniquely we can spit roast indoors as our roasters do not make smoke. Much to the amazement of many large caterers who will only bring pre cooked food to an indoor event without a kitchen facility.

So from a Stately home, River bank or Scout hut we can cope.
