The most memorable day in two families' lives deserves the best. The majority of our clients who are seeking a formal wedding meal with silver service will call upon us to provide the main event as it were. We are used to fitting in with other catering companies to provide the main meat course.

Our chef in his crisp whites carving the meat of your choice is a enhancement to any wedding small or large. Our roaster can be used indoors or out and the spit roast pig, lamb, beef or turkey is a focal point of the meal well until the best man's speech any way.

For the more informal weddings or post wedding parties we can provide a full buffet style meal again to fit taste and budget.

As this is such a special day our chef would work with you assisting you to plan and guiding you on numbers portion control and budget to ensure your day runs smoothly and will be enhanced by our attention to detail.

Our chef brings his own hankies as he always cries at weddings, he is just a big softy at heart, but don’t let him dance he has the worst case of Dad dancing we have ever seen.
